What Final Refusal of God Looks Like:

various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.”

6你們要聽見戰爭，也聽見戰爭的風聲；你們要小心，
不要驚慌，因為這是免不了的，不過結局還沒有到。
7一個民族要起來攻打另一個民族，一個國家要起來攻
打另一個國家，到處都有饑荒和地震，8這一切不過是
痛苦的開始。

2. Understanding Evicts Fear. We become fearless

righteous man, who was distressed by the filthy lives of
lawless men (for that righteous man, living among them

lawless deeds he saw and heard)
– if this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue godly
men from trials and to hold the unrighteous for the day of
judgment, while continuing their punishment…”
2 Peter 2:5-9
5 神也沒有姑息上古的世界，反而使洪水臨到那不敬虔
的世人，只保存了傳義道的挪亞一家八口。
6 神判定了所多瑪、蛾摩拉二城的罪，把它們傾覆，燒成
灰燼，作為後世不敬虔的人的鑒戒；7只救了那因惡人的
淫行而常受委屈的義人羅得；
89主知道怎樣搭救敬虔的人脫離試探，又把不義的人留下
來，等候在審判的日子受刑罰，…
彼得後書2章5-9節

• So that you are not surprised, shocked or shaken by
any downturn, earthquake, war or unrest.

1. Know God’s plan. Fix your hope on Christ’s return.
